1. How can I return the product?
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal or return the product for any other reason, please follow the steps below:
Check the confirmation email of your order, which contains the return form.
Print out the form, fill it in accurately, and also provide the following information for security:
Full name
IBAN account number
BIC or SWIFT code
Send the product and the completed form to the following address:

2. Important conditions for returns:
We only accept returns of completely unopened, original packaging products.
The product's original packaging, including the cellophane, must remain intact.
Used or partially used products cannot be returned as these are health-related products, which have specific safety regulations.
The products must be returned in original condition to process the return request.
3. Packaging and form:
Ensure the product is returned properly packed in its original packaging to avoid damage during shipping.
The return process will not be accepted without the completed return form.
4. Costs and refund:
The cost of return shipping is to be covered by the customer in advance.
After the returned product arrives and its condition is checked, we will refund the purchase price of the product and the initial shipping cost (outgoing delivery cost). However, we do not refund the return shipping costs.
If the product is defective, incorrect, or not the product ordered, we will cover the return shipping costs.
The refund will be made only via bank transfer, so the IBAN and BIC or SWIFT code must be provided on the form.
5. Refund timing:
The product price and shipping costs will be refunded within seven working days from the arrival of the returned package.
Important: The refund period starts when the product arrives and is inspected, not when it is mailed or when you notified us of the return.
6. Exchange policy:
We do not offer exchanges.
We cannot offer exchanges for health and nutrition products.
If you return the product, we will refund its price according to our policy.
If you want to purchase a new product, you can place a new order in our webshop.
7. Return shipping method selection:
We determine the method of return and the shipping details. The customer has no option to choose these.
8. Trackable returns:
We accept returns only via trackable, registered postal shipments.
This ensures that both you and we can track the package.
If the product is returned in a non-trackable way and does not reach us, we will not be able to process the refund.
