Payment Options

The transaction fee charged by Stripe is €0.25 per transaction, plus 1.4% of the purchase amount. These amounts are transparent and will be displayed during the payment process before finalizing the transaction.
2. Worldline
Worldline is a reputable European card payment service provider, accepting Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, UnionPay, and JCB cards. The transaction fee for Worldline is €0.21 per transaction, plus 1.3% of the purchase amount. These costs are visible and will appear during the payment process before finalizing the transaction.
3. PayPal
With PayPal, you can pay quickly and securely. The transaction fee charged by PayPal is €0.35 per transaction, plus 1.20% of the purchase amount. These fees are also displayed during the payment process before the transaction is completed.
Important Note:
During the payment process, the transaction fees charged by each provider will be clearly displayed before the final amount is confirmed. You will have the opportunity to review and approve the total amount, including any applicable transaction fees, before completing the purchase.
Right of Withdrawal
7.1. The Buyer is entitled to withdraw from the contract without justification within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2013 of Ireland.
7.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Provider in writing and then return the product in its original, undamaged condition to the address provided by the Provider.
7.3. In case of withdrawal, the Provider will refund the total purchase price, including shipping costs, within 14 days. However, the Buyer bears the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or does not match what was ordered.
7.4. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in undamaged condition. If the product is returned in an unsuitable condition, the Provider reserves the right to reduce the refund amount.
7.5. If the return is due to an error by the Provider, the Provider will cover the return shipping costs.

For orders outside the European Union, additional customs and VAT costs may apply. These charges are not included in the shipping fees and are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping Information
We would like to inform you that we always ship your order from the location where the complete inventory is available in one package. Therefore, even if we have a closer warehouse, we will not ship from there if not all items are in stock. Since every order has a unique number, we cannot split the products between different warehouses. This may happen multiple times in the future without the customer noticing.
Warranty
9.1. The Provider provides a warranty on the products as stipulated by law.
9.2. The warranty is valid for the relevant warranty period of the products and does not affect the Buyer’s legal rights.
9.3. The Buyer can assert their warranty claim by presenting the receipt or invoice received during the purchase.
Dispute Resolution
10.1. These GTC and the purchase contract are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
10.2. The parties primarily wish to resolve disputes amicably; if this is not possible, the Law Court of Galway City is competent to settle the dispute.
Complaint Handling and Alternative Dispute Resolution
11.1. The Buyer is entitled to submit a complaint to the Provider regarding any issues related to the purchase or the product.

Product Liability
12.1. The Provider ensures that the products comply with the Irish Liability for Defective Products Act 1991, which regulates liability for damages caused by defective products.
Exclusions and Limitations
13.1. The Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused to the Buyer, including loss of revenue, decrease in profit, or loss of business opportunities.
13.2. The Provider's liability for any damage related to the products is limited to the price paid by the Buyer for the products.
Copyright
14.1. The content of the online store, including texts, graphics, and images, is the intellectual property of the Provider.
14.2. The Buyer may use the content available in the online store solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any use, copying, or distribution of the content in any form is prohibited without the prior written permission of the Provider.
Final Provisions
15.1. The modification of these GTC is only possible in writing, based on an agreement between the Provider and the Buyer.
15.2. If any provision of these GTC is invalid or unenforceable, this circumstance does not affect the validity of the other provisions.
15.3. The Provider reserves the right to change the prices of the products and the shipping terms at any time; however, this cannot affect the Buyer based on orders already placed.

After the purchase, we do not send additional invoices by email or physically to the order address.
The invoice can be accessed: By logging into your admin interface after the purchase, follow these steps to view your invoices:

Here you can view your current invoice as well as all previous invoices for your orders.
Click on the "GO TO MY INVOICE" button, then click the "INVOICE" button at the bottom of the page for download.
